President & CEO

Mr. Jean-Baptiste founded the business from the ground up in 2000 after gaining over seven years of experience in the courier service industry. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA). When he isn’t busy managing the company, he has a strong love for running and dedicates time to training with the goal of completing a full 26-mile marathon.
Al is a proud father of three boys and a devoted husband. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he enjoys golf, tennis, and coaching his son’s soccer team. He is also deeply committed to giving back. Al regularly supports organizations within the Haitian community such as Love A Child, COPADEF, and AJEPAVE. In addition, he volunteers with Sage Elder Care, delivering hot, home-cooked meals to seniors throughout Union County. Many of the individuals he visits don’t have nearby family or frequent visitors, which makes this work especially meaningful to him. Al takes great care in not only providing meals but also offering companionship and reassurance that they are never forgotten.

He has worked in most major markets nationwide, and his consultative approach has helped clients not only improve services but reduce test result turnaround times, optimize routes, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
His focus is to significantly expand 24/7 Enterprises’ overall business in the B2B healthcare logistics market. With his positive attitude and leadership qualities we are excited to gain new business and develop great relationships with quality customers across the country.
